- At the end of the course students should be able to:
- understand the relationship between psychotherapy and the broad area of well-being and mental health
- look at well-being and mental health from many perspectives (psychological, psychotherapeutical, medical, philosophical, economical, spiritual)
- reflect critically the psychotherapeutical practice from a broader social perspective - Syllabus

- Teaching methods
- Reading, seminary discussions (in the form of chat), continuous discussion on discussion forum, semester paper. Learning takes place in an international virtual learning environment (VLE). Reading materials are in English, other activities are held in Czech.
- Assessment methods
- Regular in-term assessment (after each of the ten lessons). One of the requirements for successful completion of the course is a certain minimal number of quality discussion contributions. Participation on seminars in VLE is required.
