Course objectives
The aim of the subject is to study rules of procedure and with internal and office order for courts.
Learning outcomes
At the end of this course the student will be able to: Use the information about the concepts and institutes of civil procedure law to solve concrete procedural situations; Make independently some pleadings; Bring reasonable suggestions of solving the procedural situations; Apply the procedure law to concrete procedural situations.

Active attendance of seminars, execution of some written submissions.E-learning.
Assessment methods
The course is finished by a credit. In order to receive it, students must be prepared to actively participate in class, write the assigned court documents, and successfully complete a test of their knowledge of the Rules of Procedure and Office.
