Course objectives
The aim of VJU's Civil Procedural Law IV course is to provide students with a basic understanding of enforcement and insolvency law.
Learning outcomes
At the end of this course the student will be able to: Understand to basic concepts and institutes of exekution and insovlency law; Use the information about the concepts and institutes of civil procedure law to solve concrete procedural situations; Make independently some pleadings; Bring reasonable suggestions of solving the procedural situations; Apply the procedure law to concrete procedural situations; Interpret the procedural regulations in line with the judicial practice.

Teaching methods
During the semester there are lectures, which are optional. Following teaching methods are used in the course - presentation of topics, practical examples, interpretation of case law, presentation of recommended literature.
Assessment methods
The examination is oral. The purpose is to test the depth of the candidate's knowledge in the field of Enforcement and Insolvency Law. The student will draw one question from each section (Enforcement and Insolvency), i.e. a total of two questions, and additional supplementary questions may be asked within the specified headings (i.e. outside the drawn topic). The question headings are embedded in the interactive course outline. The references given for each question are for guidance only and are not exhaustive. No legislation may be used in the examination or in preparation for the examination.
