- Course objectives
- The purpose of the training is to deepen the understanding and theoretical and practical issues of the subject of the dispute. The course focuses on the theoretical concepts of the subject of litigation and their practical implications for the key institutes of civil procedure.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course students should be able to understand and explain theoretical and practical questions concerning a subject-matter of proceedings.

- 1. Material concept of the subject matter of the dispute 2. Procedural conception of the subject matter of the dispute 3. The importance of the subject matter of the dispute for other procedural institutes (binding the court by the action, amendment of the action, lis pendens, substantive legal force) 4.
