Course objectives
The aim of the course is to strengthen team cooperation of PhD students, departments members and external collaborators, especially from practice. Within the subject, current information from the area of financial law, administrative law, environmental law, tax law is exchanged. Doctoral students exchange their experience in processing the topic of dissertation topics, communicating knowledge from seminars, conferences and similar events. The seminars are also a meeting point for practitioners, visiting academics and PhD students from partner workplaces.
Learning outcomes
Students will be able to:
- work in a team with international and interdisciplinary overlaps;
- to keep up to date with developments in administrative law, environmental law, financial law and tax law and related sciences;
- create research mini-teams;
- share knowledge with other colleagues;
- to make the necessary contacts more easily with practice and other scientific workplaces.
Syllabus
  • - Current issues of financial, tax, administrative and environmental law and related legal sciences;
  • - New publications and other sources of information;
  • - Reports on legislative and application practice;
  • - Publication intentions and their implementation;
  • - Projects;
  • - Presentation of selected partial deliveries from program subjects;
  • - Organizational matters of study;
  • - Meeting with visiting academics, students and practitioners.
