Course objectives
The course deals with procedures of public procurement. The course is designed so that it focuses and specializes in the needs of public administration.
Learning outcomes
The student recognizes behavior against the rules of fair competition and distinguishes between unfair and fair competition in the essential features. The student knows how to defend against unfair competition in court and out of court. Identifies typical and obvious breaches of antitrust law and knows ways and conditions of defending against such violations.
