- Syllabus
- Revolutionary 1848 and its importance for development of state and law. Constitutional development of Austro-Hungarian monarchy. Creation of modern legal system. Etablishment of 1st CSR. Constitutional development of 1st CSR. Development of public administration and local government. The Second CSR. Period of Occupation. Conception of postwar order in Czechoslovakia. Postwar period 1945 - 1948.
