- Cílem tohoto předmětu je seznámit studenty s komparativní metodou a jejím použitím v právu. Současně budou studenti seznámeni s některými problémy z oblasti právní komparatistiky: základní charakteristika právních systémů, typické instituty.
- Syllabus
- Comparative studies in law, methods, specifics in the field of Civil Law. Systems of law in the world and their characteristic features. Continental legal systems and Common law systems. Selected institutions of individual legal systems. The development of national codifications. The development of unifications. Comparison of a selected legal institution.
