Course objectives
Social Security of the Self-Employed Persons is the extention and the supplement of the Social Security Law. It deals with the social security of the self-employed persons, particularly with the special regulations of their position in comparisom with the general regulation of the social security of the employed persons.

  • 1. The definition of the self-employed persons in the Social Security Las 2. The self-employed person in the Health Insurance 3. The self-employed person in the Sickness Insurance 4. The self-employed person in the Pension Insurance 5. the self-employed person in the State Benefit Scheme and in the Social Assistence System
