- Analysis and commentaries on cca 20 judgments of the ECJ relating to the Internal Market. Students are supposed to understand the way how the ECJ develops the EC law.
- Syllabus
- 1. ECJ as the law-maker, the structure of its judgments 2. Analysis of 20 judgments relating to the Internal Market (e.i. Leclerc, Mars, Phil Collins, Coordination rurale, Centros, Francovich and others).
