Prameny práva EU - nařízení, směrnice, rozhodnutí. Implementace nařízení jako atypický jev. Způsob implementace směrnic - metody, jejich vhodnost a důsledky. Různé typy rozhodnutí. Obecné zásady práva EU. Mezinárodní smlouvy v právu EU. Judikatura ESD - její právní charakter.
