- Course objectives
- Students develop his knowledge of legal regulation of business companies, elevate their understanding of the principal of legal regulation of businness companies, ability to orientate oneself in text of regulation and to solve simple cases.

- unlimited liability company
- limited partnership company
- limited liability company (change of Memorandum of Association,directors, members stake)
- public limited company (share, incorporation of a company, legal position of partner, authorised representative)

- Teaching methods
- Learning is made in the form of lecture and seminaries . The lectures have cognitive function, seminaries are reserved for practise of ability to apply the legal regulation on the concrete cases. The legal regulation is discussed, the cases are solved.
- Assessment methods
- The course finishes with written test, the students obtain credits. The conditions for obtaining credits can be specified by every teacher differently. It is minimally to pass one test, number of questions designates the teacher, the student has to get more than half of marks.
