Course objectives
After completion of this course students are able to choose the adequate legal forms for small and medium sized enterprises in doing cross border business and they will improve their German language skills in that respect.
The objective of the course is to learn the principles of the German company law and to consider the impacts in decision making. The course will be held in German, but explanatory notes will be given in English.
Syllabus
  • This legal course will introduce the students to German company law and will explain typical legal expressions. Comparisions with Czech company law will help to understand similarities, but also differences.
