- Course objectives
- The teams will have to answer a problem question according to the Draft Common Frame of Reference (DCFR). Each team will have to provide a Memorandum for Claimant and a Memorandum for Respondent, both in English. The proceedings in Warsaw constitute the height of this competition. The case will be decided by a commission of judges from the Court of Arbitration at the PCC in Warsaw. The language of the court is English.
