The courses are intended to improve the skill of critical legal thinking; clarificationof the argument and of its components, interpretation, critical analysis of prejudice.

Course objectives
At the end of course students should be able to:
understain and explain the basic legal terms and categories; make deductions based on acquired knowledge to analyse and interpret the legal cases;
