Course objectives
The course provides knowledge of basic legal regulation and basic terms, institutes and procedures in chosen sectors of public administration in the field of security, economic and cultural-educational, as well as the regulation of legal guarantees in public administration, the system of judicial control of public administration, liability for damage and non-material damage caused in public administration.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, the students who have succeeded: - have knowledge of basic legal regulation and basic terms, institutes and procedures in chosen sectors of public administration in the field of security, economic and cultural-educational - have knowledge of the regulation of legal guarantees in public administration, the system of judicial control of public administration, liability for damage and non-material damage caused in public administration.
Syllabus
  • Základ právní úpravy a základní pojmy, instituty a procesní postupy ve vybraných odvětvích veřejné správy z oblasti bezpečnostní, hospodářské a kulturně-vzdělávací. Systém a úprava právních záruk ve veřejné správě, systém soudní kontroly veřejné správy, odpovědnost za škodu a za nemateriální újmu způsobenou při výkonu veřejné správy.
