Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to:
describe the importance of personal management by forming of an individual management system
explain: two approaches to personal management, the importance of using common sense in personal management and leadership, nature of reproduction four dimensions of human development: physical, mental, spiritual and emotional
can distinguish: what is the subject of personal and individual as management
apply: the process of self-discovery through their replies to questions asked
formulate their own personal mission
propose a procedure for acquiring seven habits of effective people and consequently 8th habit from the efficiency to be exeptional
assess: level of respect for natural laws, mental principles and acquiring of seven habits in both professional and private
Learning outcomes
After completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- understand the core concepts of personal management;
- focus on the principles of communicaton, at the general level and as for the specifics of lawyers;
- shape an own system of time management;
- shape an own system of goal setting.

  • Individual management - chosen technics and methods
  • Seven habits of effective people
  • What is the 8th habit of S. R. Covey good for?
  • Is it good to use common sense within "PM"?

Combination of lectures, exercises (addressing specific tasks in teams), guided discussion
Assessment methods
Completion of a course: colloquium For the successful completion of the course by the colloquium the following conditions are given: 1. Participation in teaching module (no less than 10 modules). 2. Student activity in addressing the challenges of teaching modules. 3. Working out and presentation of the result of seminar paper.
