The practical seminars are interactive. Regarding the methods, the students will solve mainly model cases and case studies. The cooperation with the professionals is expected - mainly the presentation of real cases. The students will have to study at home (law, literature, cases, foreign sources) and prepare themselves for interactive lessons and for final paper. They will have to create both the court applications and reasoned decisions. The students will be able to work with information and create the reasonable solution. The students will be prepared for practical life even though the law changes. They will be ready for interpretation and application of both substantive and procedural rules. They will be able create, present and defend the idea of "better law against domestic violence".
