Course objectives
In the course of this subject students will analyse particular acts-in-law made by parties of individual labour relations, especially acts-in-law causing establishment, changing and termination of particular labour relations.
Learning outcomes
Students will be able to determine if specified act-in-law in compliance with legal regulation, qualify its validity or nullity and review possible consequences arising from void acts-in-law.
Syllabus
  • Employment contract, appointment, agreement on working activity, agreement on work performance, agreement on change of an employment relationship, transference to alternative work, business trip, transference to alternative place of work, agreement on termination of ane employment relationship, notice of termination, immediate termination of an employment relationship, termination within a trial period.
