Course objectives
The aim is to get acquainted with theoretical background and constitutional-legal bases of administrative justice. The subject of interest will be an analysis of these theoretical foundations and constitutional-legal bases. It will be followed by an analysis of the principles and focus of the legal regulation of administrative justice with regard to available case law and an evaluation of the current state of theoretical knowledge and valid legal regulations, reflections on possible ideas de lege ferenda.

  • Theoretical background and constitutional-legal basis of the legal regulation of administrative justice. Principles and focus of legal regulation of administrative justice. Analysis of the bases and legal regulations with regard to available case law and evaluation of the current state of theoretical knowledge and current legal regulations, reflections on possible ideas de lege ferenda.

Teaching methods
Selective lectures, self-study, reading, discussion, consultations, final individual project.
Assessment methods
The student will elaborate in writing and, approximately one week in advance before the deadline for granting the credit (the last two weeks in the semester), submit the work in the range of about 6-8 pages of typescript on a particular topic within the given subject. He / she must be able to defend this work during the credit meeting with the teacher. After fulfilling the prescribed conditions, he / she will receive a credit and will be admitted to the examination according to the examination terms in the examination period. The exam will be oral and will cover the whole cross-section of the subject.
