- Course objectives
- At the end of this course the student will be able to: understand and explain the global system of copyright and patent rights; deliberately reach of reasoned decisions on intellectual property rights; interpret the legal concepts of intellectual property in international, national and EU contexts, as well as in a historical context. The course is only offered to the students of the study fields with the specialization on Intellectual Property Protection.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of this course the student will be able to: understand and explain the global system of copyright and patent rights; deliberately reach of reasoned decisions on intellectual property rights; interpret the legal concepts of intellectual property in international, national and EU contexts, as well as in a historical context.
