- Course objectives
- This course will teach the student to simplify the general practice of Turkish Maritime Law. This class will provide the student with a clear understanding of the fundamental rules regarding the carrier’s liability under Turkish Law and International Treaties.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course, students should be able to:
- understand and evaluate the definition of maritime carrier
- have knowledge on the provisions under Turkish Law and international treaties regarding carrier’s liability.
