- Course objectives
- Currently the labour law affects virtually every aspect of the employer-employee relationship, from interviewing to termination. The course aims to present elementary issues of Polish Labour Law. Lecturers bring closer Polish law on employment and in the limited scope the European Union's range of interest and regulation in this sphere. Students will be introduced to Polish law standards of employment, focusing on the most interesting issues.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course, students should be able to:
- define basic issues of Polish labour law;
- list and describe fundamental rights of workers and basic institutions of Polish labour law;
- apply and solve simple legal problems arising from Polish labour law. - Syllabus

- Exam consisting of fifteen (15) single select multiple choice questions. During the exam each student will be required to work individually without consulting other students. The exam will be graded on a pass/fail basis.
