- - deepen knowledge of the methodology of finding the law - use examples to show how to solve difficult cases in the field of private law and civil procedural law - to develop the ability to solve legal questions in a methodologically correct way
- Learning outcomes
- - advanced knowledge of the methodology of discovery - advanced knowledge of legally correct argumentation, interpretation of legal norms, completion of law, interpretation of legal conduct
