The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
Objective of the course is to enhance the knowledge of EU law in the area of external trade regulation and foreign policy.
Learning outcomes
The student will have good orientation in the Czech Republic and the EU's foreign trade legislation. He will be able to classify individual cases and identify and find relevant regulations as well as international agreements. He will also understand the context and why trade relations with certain countries are being set up accordingly.
Syllabus
  • 1. Common commercial policy. 2. EU as a customs union. 3. Regulation of importations and exportations in relation to the third countries. 4. Particular relations to certain third countries.
