- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to gain deeper knowledge about the development of the system of government and law in selected states in middle, western and east Europe in 19th and 20th century.
- Learning outcomes
- - to look up and examine current legal historical topics by using scientific methods;
- to evaluate in a timely manner some later legal regulations, including the applicable law, whilst using the knowledge about development of legal institutions;
- to organize and write down the collected data, interpret the results achieved, present the findings and defend them in a relevant forum;
- to deepen continually the student’s knowledge of the discipline. - Syllabus
