- Course objectives
- The aim of this course is to analyse the advanced legal context of competition regulation of e-commerce marketing practices.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of this course the student will be able to:
Understand the legal nature of competition law regulation
Analyze and resolve difficult legal issues related to unfair competition practices in e-commerce
Analyse and resolve difficult legal issues related to public oversight of competition law
Analyse and resolve difficult legal issues related to methods of regulation (e.g. limits of self-regulatory mechanisms). - Syllabus
