- Course objectives
- Roman law constitutes a propaedeutic basis for the study of positive private law disciplines. It is a basis tfor understanding essential principles of absolute law and techniques of legal reasoning.

- Autumn term - Development of state, sources of law, perception of Roman law in Middle Ages, status of people, family law, development of Roman procedure, legal acts
