Course objectives
Obecná část. Studium zaměřeno na teorii pozemnkového práva - předmět, objekt, subjekty pozemkověprávních vztahů, metoda právní rehulace, principy pozemkového práva, právní prameny. Dále studium základních obecných pozemkověprávních institutů - pozemkové vlastnictví, další věcná práva k nemovitostem, účelová kategorizace pozemků, územní plánování, evidence nemovitostí, pozemkové úpravy. Zvláštní část. studium zaměřeno na právní režimy jednotlivých skupin pozemků - zemědělský půdní fond, pozemky plnící funkce lesa, pozemky sloužící dopravě, pozemky sloužící vodnímu hospodářství apod.
