- The subject Criminalistics gives to students basic informations about this scientific field, with special emphasis on the its connections with Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure and with other branches.

- 1. Concept, subject and system of the Criminalistics. 2. The methodes and history of the criminalistics. 3. The criminalistics theory and concept of the crime.
