Course objectives
The subject Criminalistics gives to students basic informations about this scientific field, with special emphasis on the its connections with Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure and with other branches.
Syllabus
  • 1. Concept, subject and system of the Criminalistics. 2. The methodes and history of the criminalistics. 3. The criminalistics theory and concept of the crime.
