- Course objectives
- The basic aims of education is to understand of conception, structure, forms, functions and basic principles of criminal procedure and criminal process. Student will take forms o procedure, position of subjects of criminal procedure and basic questions of evidence procedure as the ground of criminal process. Presentations will be accompanied by suitable examples from practice, which will be developed during seminars. Student will be able to understand criminal proceedings, and explain and aply fundamental principles of criminal proceedings.
- Syllabus
- Introduction to study of criminal procedure, basics, sources, competence and explanation of criminal procedure, preliminary questions, basic princiles of criminal procedure, subjects, coercive measures, evidence, decision, preliminary procedings, main trial, public and closed procedure, appeal procedure, special ways of proceedings, international cooperation in criminal matters, execution.
