- Course objectives
- Aim of this subject is to deepen students knowledge regarding development of state, constitutoonal and administrative law in European context and, thus, prepare students for qualified academic work in these branches of law.

- 1.Constitution of the oldest ancient and medieval states – comparative analysis 2. Constitution of ancient states 3. Corporative state of high medieval times and modern period 4. Relations between State and Church in medieval and modern times 5. Transformation of medieval state apparatus during the period of absolutism 6. Genesis of constitutionalism 7. Modern constitutions 8. Concepts of local administration 9. Development of state financial managment 10. Constitutional quarantee of civil rights – primary idea and its development 11. Authoritative regimes in 20th century and constitutional regulation of state power and civil rights 12. State sovereighnity and European integration
