- Course objectives
- The basic aim of this subject is the explanation of historical development, aims and methods of europeisation of criminal law. Presentations will be focused on analysis of practice of European Court of Justice and analysis of law instruments of europeisation in comparison with international public law environment. At the end of the course students will find view of the European Criminal Law, will be able to orient in this legal system, analyse legal instruments and make deductions based on acquired knowledge about these legal institutions and instruments.

- Teaching methods
- The lectures are combine with seminars. Lectures are prepared in power point presentation that students receive in electronic version for theirs need after presentation. Seminars are interactive. It means that concrete aspects of criminal law are reflected to EU pillar structure and jurisprudence of European Court of Justice is presented and analysed in cooperation teacher - students.

- Education will be conducted by presentations and seminars, final coloquium (written essay from the presentations and seminars content).
