Course objectives
Criminal Law Substantive I -introduction of the problems of the system position of the criminal substantive law on the national level and on the international and European levels. From national level point of view they are the connections with criminal law and constitutional law first of all, from international and european level point of view they are the connections to the legal projects from the Council of Europe (The European Model Penal Code) and the European Union (Corpus Juris).

  • - The criminal substantive law in the system of the national law. - The national criminal substantive law in the european milieu (The European Model Penal Code, Corpus Juris 1997 - 2000).
