- Course objectives
- The aim of the workshop is to introduce the Ph.D. students into the problematic of law on association and its reflection by the czech and german decision-making of "highest" courts.
- Syllabus
- 1. Praxis of the Czech Supreme Court in the area of law on association 2. Praxis of the Czech Highest Administrative Court in the area of law on association (associations, churches, political parties) 3. Praxis of the Czech Constitutional Court in the area of association (freedom of association, churches, political parties) 4. Introduction to the German Approach to courts-decision making in the area of law on association
