- Course objectives
- The course provides overview of the European Union, its origins and development, sources of law, institutions and procedures, basic economic freedoms and supplementary policies and membership of the Czech Republic. The course is intented for students of bachelor degree program "legal specialisations" of combined form. Nevertheless, it is understandable for every student. Orientation in the issue is necessary for everybody.

- Written examination: 40 minutes (possible use of EC and EU Treaties) Parts: (1) test (10 x 4 questions) (2) model case Evaluation: maximum 20 points (10+10), success at least 12 points Grades assigned to successful students according to ECTS standard (A, B, C, D, E)
