Course objectives
The main aim of the course is to gain theoretical knowledge about the basic and fundamental issues and institutes of public administration and administrative law, along with the understanding and ability to apply that knowledge in practise.
At the end of the course student shall know the themes mentioned in the syllabus of the subject and be able to - comprehend the nature and function of public administration and administrative law, - render the meaning of their functions - argue for their justness, - suggest a solution of propounded case studies, - give reasons for the solution.
Syllabus
  • The basic definition of public administration and administrative law, the scientific concept of administrative law and administrative science; organizational principles and basic definition of organization of public administration, organization of territorial government with general powers; activities of public administration; basic definition of guarantees of legality in public administration; public administration ethics, reform processes in public administration.
