Course objectives

The special aspects of administrative processes in environmental law are analysed and explained.

Syllabus

• Administrative processes in environmental law. Processes leading to normative administrative act. Processes leading to individual administrative act. Measure of general nature and environmental law. Public law contracts and environmental law.
