- Course objectives
- The main objective is to create the basic awareness about crisis management both from the „macro“ and „micro“ point of view. The first part of the course will focus on crisis management of the State and its legal background. The second part will focus on how strategies and plans are developed on the level of particular organization. Theoretical background will be linked to practical examples.

- 1. Introduction to the crisis management.
- 2. Crisis management of the State. Legal background of the crisis management.
- 3. Crisis management of the State – critical infrastructure. Strategies and policies developed for the protection of the State and its interests.
- 4. Crisis management in the organizations of public and private sector.
- 5. Strategies of the organization – crisis planning.
- 6. Methods of managing crisis situations from the view of the responsible manager.
