- Course objectives
- At the end of the course, students should be able to:
- understand the system of law of specific production
- resolve practical legal issues in the production of sugar
- resolve practical legal issues in the production of wine
- resolve practical legal issues in the production of beer - Syllabus
- The course will be divided into three blocks consisting of following topics:
- 1st block - Introduction to specific production, legal regulatory framework of production of sugar, ethanol and wine
- 2nd block - practice in production of wine, practical legal issues in marking, marketing and trade in wine
- 2nd block - practice in production of beer, practical legal issues in marking, marketing and trade in beer
- Literature
- Veškerá studijní literatura bude studentům zpřístupněna prostřednictvím interaktivní osnovy v IS MUNI.
- Teaching methods
- The course will consist of theoretical studies and practices involving practicing experts. Practical part of the course will focus namely on technical demonstrations and resolution of practical legal issues. The couse will be divided into three blocks out of which one will take place at the faculty and the remaining two will take place at partner institutions.
- Assessment methods
- Credits will be awarded upon successful completion of a semestral thesis resolving assigned practical issue and its colloquial defence.
