- Course objectives
- The absolvent of the lessons will know the information of the regulation of commercial contracts, sources and rules of commercial law, general questions including contractation proces regarding nominal as well as innominal contracts and their conclusion and termination. Student will be able to taught how to prevent most frequent kinds of disputes and how to resolve them. In this context student will be able to examine the case studies.

- Commercial obligations general questions. Obligations and their division. Sources and rules of commercial law – commercial usances, business terms, rules of interpretation. Process of contractation. Nominal contract types. Innominal contracts. Most frequent commercial law disputes. Case studies.
