- Course objectives
- The objektiveof the course is to the knowledge obtained in the course Labour Law I. At the end the course the student should be able to explain the issues of working hours,obstacles to work including refund of wages. The student should be able to understand thesystem of remuneration at the employer, explain the system of reimbursement of travel expanses. He should be able to review the employee´s liability and the emloyer/s liability, compensation for damages. He should recognize the industrial injury. He will understand the process of collective bargaining and word basic arrangements of collective agreement.
- Syllabus
- Working hours and rest hours, leave, wagws, salaries, obstaclews to work and refund of wages, liability systems in labour law, compensation for damages caused by an emloyee, compensation for damages the employer is liable for, collective bargaining, collective agreemenst.

- Teaching methods
- Individual preparation at home for prescribed issues. Solution of practical examples (application of theoretical knowledge to practical problemas). Continuous verification of discessed subject-matter in the form of written tests.
- Assessment methods
- Credit requirements include active participating in lessons and passing a test. The test consists of 10 questions, it is necessary to answer at least 8 of them correctly.
