- Course objectives
- The main objectives of the course are the following:deepening the theoretical knowledge of competition law from the basic course on this subject. Gettin familiar with the decision making practice of national antitrust authoritiy, national courts, including the Constitutional Court. Basic pronciples of competition policy and of the economic analysis of competition law rules. European competition law in practice of the European Commission and of the CJEU.
