Cíle předmětu
At the end of the course students should be able to:
- Understand the constituent elements of judicial control of administration;
- Understand the historical development and the social forces driving establishment of different types of administrative judiciaries;
- Explain and present their own positions on specific issues concerning the organization and the functioning of administrative judiciary.
Osnova
  • 1. Introduction, meeting students, explaining the purpose and outline of the course;
  • 2. Systems of special administrative courts headed by a council of state - the case of France;
  • 3. Systems of regular courts controlling administration - the case of England;
  • 4. System of specialized administrative courts within judiciary - the case of Germany;
  • 5. Serbian administrative judiciary;
  • 6. Student workshop on key elements of administrative judiciary.
