Cíle předmětu
The aim of the course is to make the students acquainted with a variety of methodological approaches in comparative constitutional law and to help the student apply these methods in his/her research.
Výstupy z učení
After the completion of the course, the student will: - understand the main issues of comparative constitutional law methodology - be able to apply these methodological approaches in his/her own research

Výukové metody
Workshop, group discussions, project presentations by students, reading.
This class will consist of two parts: 1) a semester long series of group discussions (based on home preparation, mandatory for Comparative constitutional law students) and 2) a worskhop about comparative legal methods that will also be open to students from other doctoral programs (where the "long" version of the comparative methodological course is not mandatory, see DA3LRM02 Legal Research Methodology II).
