Course objectives
Apart from the definition of a thing, the course focuses on the institutes of real rights – possession, ownership and real rights to things belonging to a third person.

The the end of the course students will be able to ;
Characterize the specifics of the real rights and specific ;

Explain the development of specific institutes;
Analyse the circumstances in which these institutes were developed;
