- Cíle předmětu
- The aim of this course is to learn the basics of the specific method of teaching of law students. Moot courts represent the unique opportunity for students how to get practical skills necessary for the legal practice. This experience is however not possible without proper coaching. The course will be realised within the context of Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.

- At the end of this course students should be able:
to coach the team of law students in moot court competition; to teach the students the rules of legal writing; to give the students feedback to drafts of legal documents; to discuss with the students legal arguments. - Osnova

- Role of the coach in moot court competition.
- Rules of legal writing with the focus on writing memoranda.
- Rules of giving feedback to students' written memoranda.
