Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to: aply knowledge of criminal law legal regulation in the practice; to use some legal skills.

Syllabus
  • Introduction Evidence proceedings Right of defence in criminal proceedings Selected aspects of juvenile justice State prosecutor in preliminary proceedings and in the trial Trial from the point of view of judge Summary and evalution
Literature
  • Studijní materiály budou dodávány ad hoc k jednotlivým hodinám dle obsahu výuky. Jedná se o dovednostní předmět, materiály tedy budou zaměřeny aplikačně.
Teaching methods
Case studies; class discussions; writting judicial decisions.
Assessment methods
Case studie processing;presentation. Colloquium.
