- Cíle předmětu
- The aim of this course is to provide the particular knowledge in the area procedural aspects of patent and designs. The attention is paid to the filing of the applications, granting of the patents; validation of European patents; registration of the utility designs or the industrial designs, transfer of IP rights; licencing; technology transfer and protection of business competition.

- At the end of the course, students should be able to: Choose the optimal form of the IP strategy (patents vs utility models) Understand the concept of the priority, substantive and formal examination, or the registration principle Have a knowledge about the transfer of patent/industrial designs rights; licencing; enforcement of patents or utility models
