Course objectives
Student will be able to apply basic labour relations. He/she will be able to write an employment contract and other contracts that can regulate working conditions.
Learning outcomes
He/she will be able to apply contract of empoyment and agreements on work performed outside an employment relationship. Moreover, student shall recognise differences between particular means of termination of an employment relationship. Student will be able to use the instruments of the management of labour law realtions.
